Acceptance of Terms

2.4. GD PHOENIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
2.5 You are only permitted to have one account. Multiple accounts may result with termination.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1. You may deposit funds into your GD PHOENIX account using the accepted payment methods listed on the Website and App. These methods may include GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and over-the-counter options.
3.2. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
3.3. GD PHOENIX does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees.
3.4. You may withdraw funds from your account subject to any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.
3.5. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum withdrawal amount is ₱500,000 per day. VIP members may have higher withdrawal limits.
3.6. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method. E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
3.7. GD PHOENIX may require you to provide additional documentation (e.g., a copy of your ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2. GD PHOENIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.3. GD PHOENIX DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GD PHOENIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF GD PHOENIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10.2. GD PHOENIX’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR GD PHOENIX ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GD PHOENIX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2. 15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GD PHOENIX regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and GD PHOENIX.
